Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of electrical vehicles, capital harness/veSys electrical software, and good exposure to 3D modeling/assy/drafting in NX software.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop wiring harness, lighting, switches, sensors, ECU, harness routing, and instrument clusters for vehicle manufacturing.
Manage and oversee the development of subsystems for tractors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and implement electrical systems and components for vehicle applications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
Strong knowledge of electrical vehicles, capital harness/veSys electrical software, and 3D modeling/assy/drafting in NX software.
Experience in designing and developing wiring harness, lighting, switches, sensors, ECU, harness routing, and instrument clusters.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
