Electrical Manager

As an Electrical Manager in a construction company, your role will involve overseeing all aspects of electrical projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final execution and closure. You will need to have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, combined with project management, leadership, and safety expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Planning and Pre-construction** - Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, scope, and objectives of electrical work. - Prepare project cost estimates, manage the budget, and track expenses for materials, labor, and subcontracts. - Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure alignment with the overall construction schedule. - Oversee the procurement process for electrical equipment and materials, managing vendor and subcontractor relationships. - Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for completeness and compliance with regulations. - **Project Execution and Coordination** - Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of electrical engineers, supervisors, and electricians. - Oversee and supervise all on-site electrical installations, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. - Act as the primary liaison between the electrical team and other construction managers, architects, and contractors. - Address on-site issues, design modifications, or delays to keep the project on track. - **Safety and Compliance** - Enforce the highest safety standards and procedures for all electrical work. - Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential electrical hazards. - Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety codes. - Ensure all team members have the necessary training and certifications. - **Project Closure and Post-construction** - Oversee the testing and commissioning of all electrical systems. - Manage project documentation, permits, contracts, drawings, and closeout records. - Ensure a smooth project handover and conduct a post-project review for future improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Full-time, Permanent, Fresher - Benefits include Cell phone reimbursement, Health insurance, Internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund Please note: Work location is in person.,
