Location Kheda, Nadiad & Aslali Experience Minimum 3 Years CTC : 10 to 13 LPA Role Purpose To manage and maintain all electrical systems, panels, and power distribution in the factory ensuring uninterrupted operations and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems. Monitor power consumption and optimize energy efficiency. Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations. Coordinate with production to minimize downtime. Maintain and troubleshoot PLC panels, motors, and control systems. Manage spare parts and liaise with vendors for repairs. Train and lead the electrical maintenance team. Document all maintenance activities and ensure audit readiness. Job Title: Brand Manager BTL (Below The Line Marketing) Reports To: VP Marketing Location: Ahmadabad CTC: 10 to 15 Role Purpose: The Brand Manager BTL will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all on- ground, retail, and trade marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and drive consumer engagement. This role requires strong expertise in below-the-line marketing, POSM, activations, and retail engagement, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute BTL campaigns including in-store promotions, activations, sampling, and events. Drive trade marketing programs in collaboration with distributors and retailers. Oversee design, production, and deployment of POSM materials (posters, danglers, standees, displays, shelf strips, wobblers, etc.). Partner with sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns across general trade and modern trade. Ensure regional customization of BTL activities based on consumer insights and store formats. Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize spend. Manage external agencies/vendors for activations, event execution, and collateral production. Collaborate with ATL & Digital brand managers to ensure integrated 360 campaigns. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in trade marketing, in-store branding, and activations. Project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Vendor & agency management experience. Analytical mindset for measuring effectiveness of BTL programs. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Knowledge of FMCG retail channels (GT/MT) is highly desirable. Education & Experience: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Retail, or related field from a reputed institute. 7-10 years of experience in BTL/trade marketing/activation roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer-facing industries.
