We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Electrical & ELVS to join our growing team! In this pivotal role, you’ll be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle — from design conception and planning to construction and client handover. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed electrical and ELV design documentation for various projects. • Support Project Engineers with day-to-day project delivery activities. • Assist in the procurement process and appointment of subcontractors. • Conduct technical feasibility studies and site investigations. • Participate in the preparation of technical proposals and tender submissions. • Draft project administration documents including RFIs and contract instructions. • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal project teams. • Provide technical advisory services throughout the development and construction phases. • Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices on site. Key Skills & Experience Technical Skills : • Minimum 6–7 years of relevant electrical design experience. • Proficient in AutoCAD (full or LT). Knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, or 3D modeling is an added advantage. • Strong working knowledge in: o High Tension (HT) Design o Low Tension (LT) Design Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System (FAS), Public Address (PA), LAN, Telephone, etc. • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Gantt chart programming. • Sound knowledge of project engineering processes and procedures. • Familiarity with proposal and bid processes, cost estimation, and contract management. Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical and analytical mindset. • Ability to read, interpret, and understand design specifications and surveys. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing. • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently. • Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player with a flexible attitude. Mechanical Engineer at Gusto Total Solutions Pvt Ltd Gusto Total Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects within the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, and Chemical industries, focusing on engineering consulting and system design. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project design assignments and manage design teams. Define system requirements, instrumentation, control requirements (IPDS), and control logic, including system equipment and component selection. Perform system hydraulic calculations, pump selection, sizing, and application. Size pipes and valves, selecting appropriate materials and types for applications. Select valves, Chemical Reactors, Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Centrifuges, etc., ensuring functional coordination and review of detailed pipe routing for system design conformance. Develop specifications, evaluate technical bids, procure, and review vendor drawings, including factory acceptance testing of mechanical equipment. Administer equipment contracts and coordinate technical issues. Create deliverables like process flow diagrams, P&ID, valve lists, line lists, and standard detail sheets. Review calculations, drawings, and documents for project and industry standards conformance. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced staff. Engage in regular client and outside personnel interactions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5-6 years of related experience, particularly in piping design, pump selection, rotating equipment, and process design. Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, PDMS, etc. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
