Job Description

Job Description: Responsible for overseeing plant-level HR administration functions, including personnel management, compliance, time office operations, facilities, and employee welfare. Acts as a key link between corporate HR and plant operations to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage time office, attendance, and leave systems for plant employees. Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Factory Act, etc.). Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRIS data. Oversee contract workforce administration in coordination with vendors. Support on boarding, exit, and employee engagement activities. Manage administrative functions such as canteen, transport, housekeeping, and accommodation. Liaise with local authorities and labour departments as needed. Language Requirement: Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
