Job Title - Area Sales Manager - SDA/PG Level - Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Location - Shimla Himachal Reporting to - Product Head Supervising - Individual Contributor Job Responsibilities 1. Having good market knowledge & Product knowledge. 2. Capable to handle to dealer & distributor. 3. Good Exposure in distribution management. 4. Capable to achieve target. 5. Business Expansion. 6. Planning and executing market communication and promotional activities. 7. Responsible for managing distributor sale for assigned territory. Candidate Profile 1. Experience in similar industry. 2. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements 3. Willingness to travel and work with diverse team of professionals. Experience 4-8 years Personal Attributes 1. Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player. 2. Adaptability-Create/ share/ adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity. 3. Assertiveness 4. Collaborative and Result Oriented. 5. Agility & speed in Decision making. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
