Shall be dealing in high-end and decorative lighting. This role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing Brand Store (HomeArt stores) operations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining the brand's premium positioning. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement regional sales plan s aligned with business objectives. Drive sales growth through effective management of store operations and sales teams. Identify and capitalize on n ew market opportunities to expand the brand's presence Analyze sales trends and set sales targets for the region Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of area sales managers to achieve performance goals. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and continuous development. Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to ensure consistent performance Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management. Track sales pipeline and sales activities using CRM tools Market Analysis & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, and premium retailers. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury retail or decorative lighting industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
