Job Description

Job Title: Training Manager Manufacturing Sector Location: [Insert Location] Department: HRD & Personnel Reports To: Plant HR Head Job Purpose: To drive Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives in collaboration with the central L&OD team, ensuring capability building, cultural alignment, and continuous learning across the Manufacturing vertical. Key Responsibilities: 1. L&D Program Execution and Coordination: Execute Learning & Development initiatives under the MSOE framework in partnership with central L&OD. Coordinate with Plant functions to ensure 100% implementation of all learning interventions across manufacturing units. Monitor and drive learning hours on LMS from manufacturing units by introducing new modules and campaigns. 2. Data Management and Analytics: Prepare and maintain Learning Dashboards; track and analyze L&OD data. Collate GRI & BRSR data for location to ensure regulatory and internal reporting compliance. Initiate and track pre & post assessments, feedback, and certification data for all learning programs. 3. Business Impact Quotient (BIQ) Reviews: Execute BIQ trainings and prepare presentations for BIQ Review sessions 4. Functional Induction Programs: Ensure delivery of Functional Induction programs, covering cross-functional overviews for all new joiners at location. Drive 100% contextualization of functional modules with mandatory post-assessments. 5. Values & Culture Building: Organize and facilitate Havells Values Workshops across location for all employees. 6. Communication & Engagement: Ensure content submission for the quarterly internal magazine. Qualifications & Experience: MBA in HR or equivalent qualification with a focus on Learning & Development. 610 years of experience in managing L&D initiatives, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Strong analytical skills and experience in data management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
