THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Product Manager to own high-impact product areas across agent workflows, context systems, and AI platform capabilities.

You will drive product strategy and execution at the intersection of AI systems, enterprise workflows, and platform usability, working closely with engineering, AI research, design, sales, and customer success teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex systems into adoptable, intuitive products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• 
  Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas across Akira AI, ElixirData, or NexaStack AI.

• 
  Identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, reliability, and time-to-value.

• 
  Balance short-term execution with long-term platform scalability and extensibility.

2. Customer Discovery & Problem Framing

• 
  Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success metrics.

• 
  Translate customer pain points into clear problem statements and product requirements.

• 
  Validate solutions through feedback, pilots, and early deployments.

3. Execution & Delivery

• 
  Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• 
  Work closely with engineering teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.

• 
  Ensure features ship with the right level of quality, documentation, and enablement.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• 
  Partner with Design to deliver intuitive UX for complex workflows and systems.

• 
  Collaborate with AI Research and Data teams to productionize intelligent capabilities.

• 
  Align with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success for launches, demos, and enablement.

5. Adoption, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

• 
  Define and track KPIs such as activation, workflow completion, usage depth, and expansion.

• 
  Gather post-launch feedback and iterate continuously.

• 
  Ensure product decisions are data-informed and outcome-driven.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

• 
  2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, platform, AI, or enterprise software.

• 
  Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmapping, and agile execution.

• 
  Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product requirements.

• 
  Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• 
  Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action.

Nice-to-Have

• 
  Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, agentic systems, or data platforms.

• 
  Familiarity with enterprise domains like DevOps, SRE, FinOps, GRC, or Security.

• 
  Experience working on platform, developer-facing, or workflow-heavy products.
