Role Overview: The Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a crucial role in providing support services to the Engagement Managers to effectively govern engagements, plan and monitor progress, report on status, manage issues and risks, control change, oversee deliverables and quality, track obligations, adhere to contractual and commercial constraints, manage finances, and maintain electronic records. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Engagement Managers in governing engagements - Plan and track project progress - Report on project status - Manage issues and risks effectively - Control change management processes - Oversee deliverables and ensure quality standards are met - Track obligations and compliance with contractual terms - Manage finances related to projects - Maintain accurate electronic records of project activities Qualifications Required: - Active Listening skills - Adaptability in various situations - Analytical Thinking capabilities - Attention to Detail - Change Management experience - Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written) - Decision-Making skills - Problem-Solving abilities - Project Management knowledge - Risk Assessment and Management expertise - Stakeholder Management skills Additional Company Details: The company values PMO professionals who bring individual expertise in project management practices.
