Your Impact & Key Responsibilities:Central Point of Coordination: Serve as the primary orchestrator acrossmultiple partner-led projects, ensuring meticulous progress tracking,comprehensive status reporting, and unwavering alignment with Salesforce'sstringent standards.Proactive Project Health & Governance: Conduct periodic, in-depthproject reviews to assess health, evaluate risk posture, track milestoneachievement, and ensure the highest standards of delivery quality. Provideactionable feedback, insightful recommendations, and industry best practicesto continuously elevate partner project execution and governance.Risk Mitigation & Resolution: Monitor and actively manage project risks,critical issues, intricate dependencies, and escalations, ensuring rigorousdocumentation and diligent resolution follow-ups. Act as an advocate forcustomers during the triage and resolution of high-severity cases, facilitatingtimely resolution.Drive Standardized Delivery Excellence: Champion consistency inpartner delivery practices by proactively identifying gaps and leading effortsto define or refine governance content, standardize project templates,develop robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and create impactfulenablement materials.Strategic Partner Engagement: Facilitate regular cadence calls withpartner teams to meticulously track delivery status, proactively surface keyissues, and ensure alignment on implementation objectives and milestones.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support Partner Sales Managers (PSMs),Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and other Salesforce internal stakeholdersby providing invaluable project insights, identifying partner capability trends,and guiding advisory escalations.Portfolio Oversight & Strategic Alignment: Maintain comprehensiveoversight across a diverse portfolio of multiple partners and engagementssimultaneously, ensuring seamless alignment with broader partnerenablement goals and Salesforce's strategic objectives.Reporting & Insights: Prepare and publish incisive reports and statusupdates for senior Salesforce leadership, contributing valuable data andinsights that also support crucial partner maturity initiatives.Best Practice Development: Develop and maintain internal-facingdocumentation of project learnings, delivery quality benchmarks, andessential partner maturity indicators, fostering a culture of continuousimprovement.Qualifications & Experience
Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or aclosely related field.Extensive Project/Program Management: 10-15+ years of progressiveexperience in project or program management, with a strong preference forbackgrounds within cloud/SaaS environments or professional servicesorganizations.Salesforce Ecosystem Exposure: Prior direct exposure to Salesforcedelivery projects or a related ecosystem is a non-negotiable requirement.Multitasking & Prioritisation Mastery: Proven expertise in concurrentlymanaging multiple complex projects, demonstrating an exceptional ability toprioritise, execute with precision, and communicate effectively underpressure.Cloud Delivery Lifecycle Acumen: A profound understanding of cloud-based solution delivery lifecycles, methodologies (including Agile or hybridmodels), and relevant tools.Governance & Influence: Demonstrated capability in leading high-levelgovernance discussions, expertly managing diverse stakeholders, andinfluencing critical delivery outcomes, particularly at the C-level.Exceptional Organization & Detail: Highly organized, meticulously detail-oriented, with outstanding follow-through, documentation, and task trackingskills.Tool Proficiency: Expert proficiency in industry-standard projectmanagement tools, collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Quip, Jira, Trello), andcomprehensive productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office—especially Excel/Sheets). Familiarity with key Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)and a deep understanding of their platform capabilities.Familiarity with DevOps tool sets required to deliver a project on cloud (handson experience in setting up and use will be preferred).Ability to expertly construct or critically review project deliverables such ascomprehensive staffing plans, detailed solution proposals, intricate milestoneplans, or high-level architecture summaries.Exposure to partner enablement initiatives, partner lifecycle management, orchannel operations is a significant advantage.Proven content creation experience for governance assets, comprehensivebest practices documentation, or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Examples Of Day-to-Day Activities
