Team Overview

Join EquiLend’s dynamic Marketing & Communications team, where we support the company’s global growth through data-driven campaigns and technology-enabled engagement strategies. We’re looking for a team member based in Bengaluru or Chandigarh to help drive the technical engine behind our demand generation and growth marketing programs.In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations to manage key platforms, support campaign execution, and maintain our public website. It’s a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in marketing technology and campaign operations to take the next step in their career at a leading global fintech company. We are especially keen to hear from candidates who have used AI technologies to improve marketing operations and campaign efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Maintain and update our WordPress-based website, ensuring pages are accurate, correctly formatted, and technically sound.
  • Support backend updates, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Own and maintain segmented lists (static and dynamic) in Pardot.
  • Create and manage Pardot lead generation forms on the website and landing pages, ensuring effective capture and tracking.
  • Build landing pages in WordPress and Pardot, format email campaigns, and develop web forms tied to lead generation.
  • Implement automation workflows for email marketing and lead nurturing activities.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce admins to align lead funnel tracking with sales pipeline outcomes.
  • Maintain and evolve lead scoring, routing, tagging, and workflow automation strategies.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI to track performance metrics like pipeline contribution, MQLs, SQLs, and campaign ROI.
  • Own and enhance campaign attribution models and performance analytics.
  • Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project trackers.
  • Oversee integration and performance of the marketing tech stack, ensuring smooth data flow and configuration.
  • Provide technical support to the wider marketing team.
  • Apply and experiment with AI tools or platforms to automate workflows, personalize content, or improve marketing operations efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, including both content updates and backend site maintenance.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience supporting marketing or sales teams in a technical operations or campaign execution capacity.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with marketing analytics and dashboard creation in Salesforce or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes or workflows, ideally using AI-based solutions or automation tools in a marketing context.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working across departments and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Eagerness to explore and adopt emerging marketing technologies, with a growth mindset.
