Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist with 4-5 years of experience to manage and optimize our marketing processes, tools, and data. This role involves ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, managing automation platforms, and driving process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Oversee lead management processes, ensuring accurate data collection, segmentation, and nurturing workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, and Content) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance marketing databases, ensuring data hygiene and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline marketing workflows and reporting.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships for marketing tools and services.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and dashboards (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools).
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (email, paid ads, SEO, social media).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SQL or BI tools for advanced data analysis.
  • Certification in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
