Marketing Operations Specialist

As a Marketing Operations & Events team member at Karix located in Mumbai (Goregaon), your role will involve demonstrating a high level of drive and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in B2B marketing, end-to-end event management (both virtual and physical), brand communication, and campaign coordination. This position calls for a strategic approach to planning as well as hands-on execution to ensure the timely implementation of marketing initiatives supporting business growth and demand generation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Event Management & Execution (TTL/BTL): Planning, overseeing, and executing various physical and virtual events such as conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and exhibitions. This involves managing all event-related operations, including vendor coordination, branding, logistics, and post-event analysis. - Marketing Campaigns & Collateral: Developing and implementing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and flyers in a timely manner. - Digital & Social Media Coordination: Implementing email marketing campaigns with a focus on segmentation and engagement strategies. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A PGDM/MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution. - Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech/SaaS or telecom industry. - A solid grasp of integrated marketing, event management, and campaign strategizing. - Proficiency in tools like Trello, Hubspot, Zoom, and basic CRM or lead generation software. - Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities. - Experience with website CMS, email automation platforms, and analytics tools.
