About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across regions, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business goals. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, process thinking, and collaboration to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and at scale.

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to marketers, manage end-to-end campaign execution, and continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance performance across the marketing automation ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and launch batch and multi-touch campaigns end-to-end using Marketing Automation Platforms. This includes audience segmentation, email creation, QA, and scheduling of campaigns in accordance with SLAs.
  • Coordinate with the agency partners for day to day campaign operations activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional marketers by providing strategic support beyond execution to drive campaign success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross functional marketing teams to enhance campaign quality.
  • Support ad-hoc campaign operations tasks, including list validation, program setup, and other related activities.
  • Learn and support platforms within the MarTech stack; remain tool-agnostic and adaptable.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and performance, including optimization of campaign performance, testing methodologies, engagement insights, and deliverability..
  • Stay current on marketing automation trends, innovations, and best practices, and proactively apply those learnings to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

Requirements:


  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and/or operations using Marketo as a MAP.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Collaborative team player eager to jump in and learn.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience creating campaigns in Iterable
  • Experience using project management tools such as Wrike and Jira
  • Experience working with platforms like Salesforce, Splash, and Zoom
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and email design
