The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day handling of escalations related to incidents, projects or requests of our managed services customers environments. Our Senior Network Engineers are a valued member of the Managed Services Infrastructure Practice - Network and Voice Services team responsible for providing subject matter expertise incident management, service request management, and change management infrastructure support for all Managed Services customers. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain customer Network infrastructure Communicate, internally and externally, the status of the incident ticket/service request directly with the customer or broadcast to a larger audience as defined per SLA.
