Maintain and improve marketing database quality to support segmentation and campaign effectiveness. Commitment to continued learning of MAP and progress from intermediate to expert user. Project Management Manage marketing projects and campaigns using Airtable, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly tracked. Build and maintain Airtable bases, dashboards, and automations to streamline workflows and improve visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule. Tools & Technologies MAP & CRM: Basic competency in Marketo and Salesforce Data & Enrichment: Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ponyrun AI, Glean, Perplexity AI, Clay Productivity & Design: Google Workspace, Canva (Bulk Create), ChatGPT prompt workflows, Airtable What You'll Bring: 2-5 years of professional experience with hands-on experience in executing and scaling marketing campaigns Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) & CRM Proficiency: Commitment to continue learning and proficiency in campaign execution, lead nurturing, email creation, landing page design, and segmentation. Intro/beginner knowledge of Salesforce for managing lead flow, data, and reporting. Process Optimization & Project Management: A keen eye for inefficiencies, the ability to design and implement new processes, and strong project management skills to ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. Data Analysis & Reporting: The ability to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret marketing data (from MAPs, CRMs, Google Analytics, etc.). This includes creating meaningful reports and dashboards, identifying trends, measuring campaign performance (ROI, conversion rates, engagement), and translating data into actionable insights for the marketing team.
