Ensuring Client Satisfaction and Customer Delight: Regularly conduct business reviews to assess progress, showcase impact, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Client Support: Resolve technical and operational challenges by collaborating with internal teams across product, marketing, finance and engineering.
