The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, organising, and executing our financial market forums, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees, sponsors, and speakers. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Coordination: Support the end-to-end planning and execution of financial market forums, including venue selection, agenda development, and logistics. Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries from attendees, sponsors, and partners. On-Site Event Support: Assist with on-the-day event coordination, including registration, attendee management, and logistical troubleshooting. Ensure all sessions run smoothly and maintain a high standard of professionalism. Post-Event Follow-Up: Help collect and analyze attendee feedback to identify areas for improvement in future events. Coordinate the delivery of post-event materials and reports to attendees, sponsors, and partners. Key Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in financial markets or corporate events. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and engaging demeanor. Proficiency in event management tools and platforms, such as Eventbrite or similar.
