This role involves efficiently managing large volumes of data and supporting our Product and Tech teams with data validation, analysis, and updates. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for accuracy. We’re looking for a dedicated individual eager to grow with the company. This role requires a proactive approach, keen analytical skills, and a strong commitment to data accuracy. Responsibilities: Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data aligned with project or business objectives. Identify, verify, and compile accurate information from credible sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Follow established guidelines and standard operating procedures without deviation to maintain the highest data quality standards. Consistently deliver data with over 95% accuracy, maintaining a minimal error rate across all deliverables. Work within parameters and with limited supervision to ensure quality and performance are as per set standards Complete all the assigned tasks and deliverables as per the agreed turnaround times. Required Skills (Mandatory): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc., BCA, BBA) or completion of a data-oriented course. 2+ years of experience in Primary and/or Secondary Research. Well-versed with Web Research, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple sources. Strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
