The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in transforming campaign, customer, and market data into strategic insights that fuel demand generation, accelerate pipeline performance, and improve marketing ROI. This role requires strong analytical capability, expertise in marketing technology platforms, and the ability to convert insights into data-driven recommendations that support leadership and cross-functional teams.
What you will do
Analyze marketing performance data to measure campaign ROI, lead quality, conversion velocity, and pipeline contribution.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau).
Monitor lead funnel performance (MQL SQL Opportunity Closed-Won) and identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
Conduct competitor analysis, segmentation insights, digital engagement analysis, and market trend research.
Collaborate with content, demand generation, and sales operations to optimize audience targeting and campaign strategy.
Track CRM/database hygiene metrics, enrichment progress, and lead scoring logic.
Recommend optimization strategies across email, paid media, SEO, events, ABM, and web engagement channels.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports for leadership and revenue teams.
Support forecasting, planning, and budgeting decisions through data-based modeling.
Assist in attribution modeling and measurement of multi-touch campaign impact.
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets.
Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle tracking, and campaign attribution.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnel metrics and revenue analytics.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify data insights for cross-functional and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
2–4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or demand generation analytics.
Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation platforms.
Exposure to ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo).
Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS marketing teams.
Familiarity with SQL or Python (nice to have).
Certifications in Marketo, Salesforce, or Google Analytics are a plus.
Insight-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting data clearly.
