Marketing Analyst

Role Overview: As a member of the Performance Marketing Team at Agoda, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly data-driven department focused on developing marketing programs to enhance the lifetime value of Agoda customers. The team, consisting of analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists, is dedicated to creating measurable marketing programs and channels. Key Responsibilities: - Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on various search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, etc. - Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others - Analyze data generated by experiments, develop optimization models, and create dashboards for account managers Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or science) - Fluent communication skills in English - Exposure to data analysis packages or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, Tableau - Strong numerical reasoning skills - Proficiency in Excel - Intellectual curiosity and analytical skills Additional Company Details: Agoda, an online travel booking platform, is part of Booking Holdings and has over 7,100 employees representing 95+ nationalities in 27 markets.
