Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Ludhiana for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, preparing sales and promotional campaigns, and building strong relationships with customers. Additional duties include supporting the sales team to achieve targets and ensuring excellent customer service to address client needs effectively. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in market research and gathering industry insights Ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management Proficiency in customer service and handling client inquiries Organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is an advantage Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools or software is a plus
