This is a client-facing, expert-level architecture role that blends advisory, hands-on design, and enablement to deliver modern analytics platforms built on Microsoft Fabric and the broader Microsoft data stack.

• Systems thinker with the ability to present solution options and trade-offs to executive stakeholders.

• Deep expertise across the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem: OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse, Data Factory, Notebooks/Spark, Dataflows Gen2, Semantic Models, and Power BI.

• Own end-to-end architecture decisions across the Fabric ecosystem.

• Design secure, scalable environments and architect common data patterns (Bronze/Silver/Gold).

• Implement governance frameworks including tenant/workspace controls, RLS/OLS, sensitivity labels, and retention policies.

• Proven track record of leading at least two tenant-wide security or governance redesign projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Map the entire SharePoint Online tenant and identify architectural/security gaps.

• Inventory sites, hubs, OneDrive, permissions, and external sharing links.

• Catalog guest accounts and assess adoption of sensitivity labels, DLP coverage, and retention policies.

• Evaluate monitoring posture and inventory third-party applications and risky Power Automate flows.

Technical Program Manager
