  We're urgently seeking an o9 Configuration Lead to step in and lead configuration delivery on a high-pressure, business-critical program. The ideal candidate will have to be an experienced professional who can take ownership, stabilize delivery, and guide a junior team. What you’ll do: • Configure o9 IBP, DP, SP and S&OE modules to align with business needs, develop planning logic, manage data integrations, and support analytics and testing processes. • Handle hands-on platform setup and troubleshoot issues in line with functional requirements. • Quickly interpret complex model structures and system design, adjusting or resolving client-specific custom elements. • Oversee or lead configuration efforts, ensuring alignment with overall delivery timelines. • Support data migration and cutover phases, including the creation and management of deployment packages. • Confidently navigate the platform, execute key procedures, and identify relevant components within the system. • Proven ability to investigate and resolve issues; experience with debugging and managing support tickets is highly valued. • Familiarity with IBPL scripting is advantageous. • Must be collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, priority-driven environment. Platform Configuration (IBP, S&OE)  Configure o9's Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, and SO&E to align processes.  Design Attribute-Based Hierarchies, Time Bucket Profiles, and Aggregation/Disaggregation Rules for multi-level planning (SKU, plant, region).  Develop custom planning logic using o9's planning engines (heuristics, time-series forecasting) and scripting tools (Python, R). o9 Data Model & Planning Engine Design  Build master data structures (products, locations, customers) and key figures (demand signals, capacity constraints).  Optimize pegging rules, supply allocation strategies, and exception management workflows for real-time S&OE adjustments.  Configure Scenario Manager for what-if analysis (e.g., demand spikes, supply disruptions). Integration and Data Requirements  Design data pipelines synchronizing o9 with SAP ECC, APO, IBP, and external market data sources.  Validate data quality through o9 Loader and troubleshoot integration errors in collaboration with IT teams. Scenario Management & Analytics  Develop interactive dashboards using o9's KPI Engine to track forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory turnover.  Configure exception s for stockouts, excess inventory, and production bottlenecks. Testing, Validation, and Support  Execute unit testing, system & integration testing, and UAT for o9 configurations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.  Resolve post-go-live issues via ServiceNow tickets and provide Level 2/3 support for planners. Documentation & Training  Create technical playbooks for configurations, including data mappings, calculation logic, and user permissions.  Train regional planners on o9's Tag UI, Workflow Designer, and Scenario Manager through hands-on workshops. Required Qualifications  Education: Bachelor's / Master’s in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.  Experience:  3-5+ years configuring o9 IBP / S&OE modules (Demand 360, Supply 360) in CPG/FMCG industries.  IBP, SO&E and Supply Planning Experience required.  2+ full lifecycle implementations of o9 or SAP IBP, including data migration and cutover planning.  Technical Skills:  o9 Platform: Modeler, Workflow Designer, Data Ingestion, KPI Engine, Scenario Manager.  Integration Tools: Snowflake, Talend, Kafka, REST APIs, SAP CPI, Oracle OIC.  Data Modeling: Time-series forecasting, constraint-based supply models.  Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, or o9 native dashboards.  Tools: SQL, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.  Preferred Experience  Certifications: o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, or Kinaxis Rapid Response.  Exposure to AI/ML-driven demand sensing or control tower frameworks.  Agile/Scrum methodology experience with Jira board management. What you should have: • 3+ years’ experience in Data architecture, Data engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on data modelling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms. • Ability to take complete ownership of work and deliver with minimal management oversight. • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), AZURE, Google Cloud Infrastructures preferred. • Experience with planning applications like o9, SAP, Oracle, e2open, Kinaxis, JDA, etc. preferred. • Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL languages, along with workflow management tools like Airflow, SSIS. • Experience working with Parquet, JSON, Restful APIs, HDFS, Delta Lake and query frameworks like Hive, Presto. • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases. • Working experience with version control platforms, e.g. GitHub, A
