This role sits within our HR Operations team, a key enabler of our people strategy. The HR Generalist & Operations role is pivotal in ensuring seamless HR service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You will be instrumental in driving data-driven decisions, managing vendor relationships, and supporting audit and risk frameworks.
What you’ll need to bring to the party
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation
- Working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools for HR analytics and dashboards
- Experience in vendor management, including onboarding, contract compliance, and performance tracking
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and coordination with finance teams
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with audit and risk management practices in HR operations
- Deep understanding of HR compliance frameworks and labor laws
- Ability to manage stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Strong skills in report making, data analysis, and presenting insights to leadership
- Experience in coordinating with global HR teams and managing cross-border initiatives
- Exposure to transformation projects and change management practices
- Ability to support centralized HR services and shared service models
- Passion for employee engagement and experience in organizing team-building initiatives
What you’ll be doing
HR Operations
- Managing end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to track HR metrics
- Supporting risk management initiatives and ensuring data integrity across HR systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
- Leveraging AI tools to automate routine tasks and enhance decision-making
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring service level agreements are met
- Driving compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including audit readiness
HR Generalist
- Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency
- Supporting HRBP initiatives and partnering with business units on people-related matters
- Assisting in policy interpretation, grievance handling, and employee relations
- Facilitating internal communications and HR programs aligned with organizational goals
HR Payroll
- Coordinating with payroll vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Ensuring statutory compliance and documentation for payroll audits
- Addressing payroll-related queries and discrepancies with precision and confidentiality
- Supporting compensation reviews and salary benchmarking exercises
Employee Engagement Activities
- Designing and executing employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture
- Organizing team-building events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs
- Gathering feedback through surveys and focus groups to improve employee experience
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to align engagement activities with business goals
Global Coordination & Transformation
- Coordinating with global HR teams to align processes and share best practices
- Supporting and managing HR transformation projects, including process redesign and system upgrades
- Facilitating change management and communication strategies for transformation initiatives
- Ensuring smooth delivery of HR support services across geographies and functions
More about you
- 4–8 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
- Proven track record in managing payroll, compliance, and vendor coordination
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros is an advantage
- Exposure to Power BI and AI-based HR tools is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in handling audits and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Enthusiastic about creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture
- Experience in global coordination and transformation initiatives is a plus
