Job Description

As an HR Manager at Enacton Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding - Attend college career fairs, interact with students, and promote the employer brand - Contact university TPOs and provide informative materials about hiring vacancies - Keep job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant laws - Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions - Develop training and performance management programs for employees - Handle employee grievances and resolve issues, concerns, and conflicts - Conduct induction, orientation, and training programs to motivate employees - Establish key metrics to define competencies and skills required for each role/department - Gather and analyze data with HR metrics such as time to hire and employee turnover rates To succeed in this role, you will need: - 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Engagement, Talent reviews, and Learning & Development - Confidence, proactivity, and adaptability in a changing environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of organizational roles, designations, and industry trends - Ability to prioritize work and handle confidential information - Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities - Strong emotional intelligence and empathy in communication - Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems like SuccessFactors Soft skills that will be beneficial in this role include: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking - Effective conflict management and resolution skills - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks - Proficient in data analysis, presentation, and reporting - High emotional intelligence and empathy towards employees - Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and retention strategies - Proven leadership skills in leading and developing HR teams Furthermore, candidates with experience in IT firms, technical recruitment, and campus hiring, as well as those with strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with HR software, will have higher chances of securing this position at Enacton Technologies Pvt.
