**Job Description:** As a Sales and Marketing Director at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and market expansion in the B2B industrial markets. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, sales leadership, marketing leadership, revenue growth, customer relationship management, product knowledge, team leadership, reporting, and analytics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion. - Align sales and marketing activities with company goals, targeting industries that require process equipment. - Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance targets and ensuring effective territory management. - Oversee key account management, ensuring strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. - Lead the marketing team in developing and executing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. - Set and achieve revenue targets, ensuring profitability through effective pricing strategies and cost management. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries. - Stay updated on industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting process equipment manufacturing. - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team. - Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to senior leadership. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred in Marketing). - 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on B2B industrial markets, preferably in process equipment manufacturing. - Proven experience in leading and managing large sales and marketing teams. - Strong understanding of process equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Reactors. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to think strategically and drive business growth. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Deep knowledge of target industries such as chemicals, oil & gas, and manufacturing. - Established network within the industry and experience dealing with large corporate clients. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned, you will have the opportunity to work in a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, and health insurance.
