Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a MICE Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The MICE Sales Executive will be responsible for planning and executing MICE events, client acquisition and relationship management, and designing and presenting impactful proposals. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, negotiating contracts with vendors and hotels, and ensuring all logistical details are efficiently managed to meet client expectations. Qualifications Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Expertise in Event Planning, Project Management, and Logistics Coordination Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field Prior experience in the MICE industry is a strong advantage Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as required Show more Show less
