Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Gurugram. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, implementing HR policies, and managing various HR functions. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies. The HR Executive will also collaborate with management to develop strategies to improve organizational culture and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency with HR software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
