Role Overview

We need an HR Executive who can independently handle the full hiring cycle, especially for technical roles like web developers. The role demands strong screening ability, structured interviewing, and accurate evaluation of candidate reliability and competence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct structured telephonic/video interviews.
• Assess candidates on skill, behaviour, communication, stability, and deadlines.
• Use predefined interview frameworks to identify high-quality applicants.
• Schedule interviews and maintain a clean hiring pipeline.
• Verify past experience, role clarity, and commitment levels.
• Handle onboarding coordination and maintain HR documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and confident interviewing ability.
• Ability to judge behaviour, attitude, and long-term reliability.
• Basic understanding of tech roles (developers/designers).
• Experience conducting structured interviews.
• Organised, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Preferred

• 1–2 years of HR recruitment experience.
• Prior exposure to technical hiring.
• Familiarity with evaluating problem-solving and accountability in candidates.
