Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. You will engage with prospective students and their parents, understand their learning needs, and guide them to choose the right learning solutions from our offerings. Your goal is to build meaningful relationships and drive enrollment growth through personalized counseling and home visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students and parents, primarily those who have taken our SPARK Test.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify student learning gaps and recommend suitable AJ’s Chalo Seekhen programs.
• Perform home visits or virtual meetings to present product demos, answer queries, and close sales.
• Maintain and update the CRM with follow-up actions, feedback, and sales progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer insights and improve offerings.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for education.
• Prior experience in educational counseling, B2C sales, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to understand student academic needs and explain concepts simply.
• Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable with traveling for home visits as required.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
