Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of Experience.

• Education: Must have an MBA in HR or an equivalent degree.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Work from office ( Karve Nagar, Pune)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, handling employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The role involves supporting HR management activities, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The Human Resources Executive will also assist in the development and execution of HR strategies to enhance organisational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Be actively involved in recruitment.
• Look after the onboarding of new joiners.
• Plan different activities for the employees.
• Maintain employee records.
• Take feedback from the employees.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management with disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain a record of employee upskilling and areas of improvement.
