The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Executives and Field Salesmen , ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets, especially for our Vendor Subscription Packages . Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Owsho’s expansion goals. Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team including field salesmen and executives. Set clear monthly/quarterly targets for team members and monitor performance regularly. Drive sales of vendor subscription packages by planning city-level sales campaigns and vendor onboarding drives.
