Role Overview


dynamic and passionate HR Manager


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design & implement HR policies, strategies, and processes aligned with company goals.
  • Manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and labor law adherence.
  • Drive employee engagement programs to build a motivated, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, and career development plans.
  • Partner with leadership for workforce planning & people strategy.
  • Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and employee retention initiatives.


Requirements


  • 1–3 years of proven HR experience

    (preferably in startups/tech-driven companies).
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and Indian labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience in

    recruitment, payroll, and employee lifecycle management

    .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced startup environment

    with multitasking ability.

Salary Range


₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
