KAZO Brands is looking for a dynamic HR Executive – Retail with strong experience in store hiring and a proven ability to source, screen, and close positions within TAT.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Retail Hiring for Stores

• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & other job portals

• Daily CV sourcing, talent mapping & building strong pipelines

• Conducting telephonic screening, interview coordination & follow-ups

• Closing positions within TAT with quality profiles

• Maintaining recruitment dashboards & supporting onboarding coordination

✨ What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Retail HR / Talent Acquisition

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Immediate joiner preferred
