As a Marketing Growth Manager at Owsho Marketplace, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing initiatives of the rapidly growing e-commerce and retail company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. - Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase brand visibility and engagement. - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities. - Coordinate with internal marketing teams, agencies, and vendors for smooth execution of campaigns. - Plan and execute in-store promotions, roadshows, and experiential marketing events. - Handle public relations activities, media coverage, and influencer engagement. - Oversee digital marketing campaigns, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize based on performance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, offline promotions, events, and PR. - Experience in campaign planning, budget management, and ROI tracking. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Preference will also be given to candidates with experience handling end-to-end marketing for retail/e-commerce brands and knowledge of the local Ahmedabad market and offline activation trends.
