Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to boost app downloads, vendor onboarding, and customer acquisition.

• Develop branding strategies aligned with Owsho’s vision: “Everything Nearby, Delivered in Minutes.”

• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, press releases, website, and marketing collateral.

• Manage SEO & SEM campaigns, track analytics, and optimize for conversions.

• Handle influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community outreach.

• Design and execute offline promotions (flyers, hoardings, auto rickshaw branding, roadshows).

• Coordinate with design team for high-quality creatives, videos, and brand assets.

• Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing approaches.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling across all platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong command over digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and content strategy.

• Creative writing skills for campaigns, ads, and storytelling.

• Experience in offline event marketing & brand activation.

• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).

• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

• E-commerce / Hyperlocal Delivery / FMCG / Consumer Apps

Educational Qualification

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
