Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

? Plan, create, and manage daily content across all social media platforms Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

? Write captivating captions, trending hashtags, and manage community engagement

(DMs, comments, replies).

? Coordinate with the design team to create visual content such as posts, stories, and

reels.

? Use tools like Canva, CapCut, or VN Editor to make quick graphic and video edits.

? Manage the social media calendar, Influencer Collaborations, schedule posts, and

track performance insights.

? Research trends, reels, and competitor activity to generate new ideas.

? Run and assist in paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Instagram promotions).

? Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Content teams for promotions and

campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

? 13 years of experience in Social Media Management or Marketing.

? Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and trending formats.

? Basic experience with graphic tools (Canva / Photoshop) and video editing tools

(CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro).

? Strong creativity, writing, and storytelling skills.

? Ability to handle multiple pages and campaigns simultaneously.

? Good communication skills in English, Hindi (Gujarati preferred).

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.

Good to Have:-

? Experience working with brands, influencers, or startups.

? Understanding of social media analytics and insights.

? Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Creator Studio.

? Knowledge of content planning tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion.
