Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
• Design and implement HR policies & strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee payroll, compliance & Indian labor law adherence
• Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention programs
• Lead performance management, appraisals & career development
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy & workforce planning
• Handle conflict resolution, grievance redressal, and team well-being
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in startups or tech-driven environments)
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws & compliance
• Proficient in recruitment, payroll, and employee lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
• Self-starter attitude with a passion for building strong teams
