Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations in the sterile injectable unit Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs and relevant regulatory guidelines Monitor critical aseptic processing parameters (pressure, temperature, humidity) Manage material flow, line clearance and in‐process documentation (batch records) Coordinate with QC/QA for sampling, in‐process checks and batch release Lead, train and supervise production operators on aseptic techniques and safety protocols Track production targets, yield and wastage; drive continuous‐improvement initiatives Ensure timely execution of equipment sterilization (CIP/SIP) and preventive maintenance Maintain cleanroom hygiene, environmental monitoring and change‑over procedures Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical/Pharmaceutical Engineering or related field 2+ years’ hands‑on experience in sterile injectable manufacturing Strong knowledge of aseptic processing (RABS/isolators), sterilization methods and barrier technologies Familiarity with FDA, EMA and local regulatory requirements for parenterals Proficient in batch‐record review, deviation handling and CAPA processes Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle 24/7 production schedules
