Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations in the sterile injectable unit
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs and relevant regulatory guidelines
• Monitor critical aseptic processing parameters (pressure, temperature, humidity)
• Manage material flow, line clearance and in‐process documentation (batch records)
• Coordinate with QC/QA for sampling, in‐process checks and batch release
• Lead, train and supervise production operators on aseptic techniques and safety protocols
• Track production targets, yield and wastage; drive continuous‐improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely execution of equipment sterilization (CIP/SIP) and preventive maintenance
• Maintain cleanroom hygiene, environmental monitoring and change‑over procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical/Pharmaceutical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years’ hands‑on experience in sterile injectable manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of aseptic processing (RABS/isolators), sterilization methods and barrier technologies
• Familiarity with FDA, EMA and local regulatory requirements for parenterals
• Proficient in batch‐record review, deviation handling and CAPA processes
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle 24/7 production schedules
