● Type : Full Time (No WFH), 5 days/week, Day shift.

● Experience : 1–2 years in FMCG / Food Processing / Warehouse Ops

● CTC : Rs. 3.0 - 4.0 LPA based on experience and knowledge

Desired candidate profile

● Bachelor’s degree in Food Tech, Agriculture, SCM, or Operations.

● Strong understanding of warehouse flow, material movement, and FEFO.

● Good with numbers; able to read dashboards, identify risks, and act proactively.

● Skilled at managing people and handling pressure during peak loads.

● Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

About the Role

The Production Executive will run day-to-day operations across procurement, production, warehouse, dispatch, and inventory health. The role demands strong ownership, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution — with the ability to anticipate issues, manage risks, and ensure production continuity.

This is not a clerical role. It is an operational command role where the person must manage people, materials, timelines, and quality simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management & Procurement

● Plan raw material requirements based on sales orders, production forecasts, and inventory aging.

● Coordinate with vendors, negotiate timelines, and track deliveries.

● Raise purchase orders, monitor pending POs, and ensure timely inwarding.

● Escalate risks early when critical materials go out of stock.

2. Production Operations

● Prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on workforce, raw material availability, and SKU priorities.

● Coordinate with job-work units and internal teams for timely output.

● Ensure adherence to SOPs - batching, roasting, drying, grinding, packing, sealing.

● Monitor online QC checks - texture, moisture levels, weights, packaging integrity.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

● Track stock levels for RM, PM, WIP, and FG.

● Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and correct mismatches.

● Maintain FEFO (First Expiry First Out) discipline for all perishable materials.

● Monitor inventory aging and create alerts for slow-moving or near-expiry items.

● Maintain hygiene, pest control, and warehouse safety compliance.

4. Dispatch & Logistics

● Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch accuracy.

● Coordinate transporter schedules and ensure all documentation is ready (invoice, e-way bill, road permit).

● Track shipments and update internal teams proactively.

● Handle logistics exceptions quickly to avoid delays.

5. Team Leadership

● Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

● Train team members on SOPs and quality standards.

● Address performance gaps diplomatically and document process failures.

● Maintain team morale while enforcing accountability.

6. Maintenance & Compliance

● Coordinate preventive maintenance for key machines (dryers, roasters, sealers, grinders).

● Maintain FSSAI hygiene and safety standards.

● Ensure documentation for audits is regularly updated.

7. Inventory Aging & Demand Alignment

● Maintain dashboard for RM + FG aging .

● Communicate upcoming expiries to production, sales, and ops.

● Recommend clearance plans, production adjustments, or procurement holds.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
