Job Description

You will be joining Owsho Marketplace, a rapidly growing e-commerce and retail company that aims to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers. As a Marketing Growth Manager, your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth in Ahmedabad. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. - Plan marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities. - Plan, implement, and monitor digital campaigns (social media, paid ads, email marketing). - Coordinate offline campaigns including in-store promotions, events, and activations. - Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired KPIs. - Allocate marketing budgets across campaigns and channels effectively. - Track performance metrics and analyze ROI for all campaigns. - Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights. - Lead and coordinate internal marketing teams, agencies, and vendors. - Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives. - Maintain strong relationships with media partners, event organizers, and PR agencies. - Plan and execute in-store promotions, roadshows, and experiential marketing events. - Ensure proper coordination with operations and sales teams for offline activations. - Monitor on-ground marketing performance and suggest improvements. - Handle public relations activities to strengthen brand image. - Coordinate media coverage, press releases, and influencer engagement. - Build relationships with local media and industry stakeholders. - Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEM, and SEO. - Monitor engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics. - Optimize campaigns based on performance and analytics. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, offline promotions, events, and PR. - Experience in campaign planning, budget management, and ROI tracking. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Preference will be given to candidates based in Ahmedabad. **Preferred:** - Candidates with experience handling end-to-end marketing for retail/e-commerce brands. - Knowledge of local Ahmedabad market and offline activation trends. - Creative mindset for innovative campaign planning.
