💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic HR professional who can handle end-to-end recruitment, manage HR operations, and support a rapidly growing startup with strong people processes.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Hire for Sales, Onboarding, Customer Support, Delivery & Tech teams

• Manage job postings, screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlisting

• Coordinate interview rounds with founders & managers

• Build a strong talent pipeline for fast expansion

Onboarding & HR Operations

• Complete joining formalities & documentation

• Maintain attendance, leave records & HRMS

• Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs

• Handle vendor staff & delivery team records

Performance & Employee Management

• Track KPIs, sales targets & performance reviews

• Support employee engagement & workplace culture

• Resolve employee queries, issues & grievances professionally

Policy & Compliance

• Implement HR policies, discipline guidelines & work ethics

• Maintain employee files & compliance records

• Knowledge of PF/ESI/POSH is a plus

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• 1–5 years experience in HR (Recruitment + Operations)

• Strong communication in Hindi & English

• Hands-on with Excel, HRMS & documentation

• Ability to work fast in a startup environment

• Energetic, responsible & proactive personality

🎓 Qualification

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail or hyperlocal sector is an advantage

💰 Salary Range

₹18,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & role level)
