Events Theme & Creative Designer

About the Role:

We are hiring a talented and imaginative Events Theme & Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop unique and impactful themes for a wide range of events, including corporate functions, incentives, destination events, and luxury gatherings.

Create mood boards, décor layouts, and design presentations for client pitches and approvals.

Collaborate with planners, production teams, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the creative vision.

Design 2D/3D mockups, digital sketches, and visual storytelling tools.

Keep up with trends in event design, décor, branding, and experiential marketing.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience

Strong portfolio showcasing theme-based event work.

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, SketchUp, etc.).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

Knowledge of stage, floral, or set design.

Experience with destination or luxury events.

Familiarity with sustainable or eco-conscious design elements.
