Are you passionate about corporate events, travel, and building strong business relationships? Chillax Holiday Pvt. Ltd., a leading MICE and Corporate Travel Management company since 2016, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven MICE Sales Manager to join our growing team.

🔹 Position: MICE Sales Manager

📍 Location: DELHI NCR | Bengalore | Mumbai

🕒 Experience: 3–6 years in MICE/corporate sales

📅 Joining: Immediate or as per notice period

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pitch, and close business opportunities for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and decision-makers

Generate leads and convert them into profitable business

Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure smooth execution

Prepare proposals, presentations, and costings tailored to client needs

Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and competition

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

🔹 Requirements:

Proven track record in MICE or corporate sales (travel or event industry preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong client network in the corporate sector

Ability to work independently and drive results

Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
