Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets across weddings, events, and corporate bookings
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and client outreachManage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closureMaintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event managers, corporates, and HNI clientsCollaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns and promotional materialsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM toolsLead a small team of sales executives, providing training and performance feedback

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, events, or luxury servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA keen understanding of Hyderabad’s social and wedding marketAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and digital communication toolsWhy Join Us?
