Position Overview Vertex Next is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic commercial team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in B2B event sales , with a passion for building relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the commercial growth of our trade shows and conferences across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation: Sell exhibition stands, sponsorships, and branding opportunities across Vertex Next’s portfolio of international events. Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and sponsors. Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Business Development: Identify and approach new prospects across the energy, technology, and infrastructure sectors. Develop tailored proposals and sales pitches to address client marketing and business objectives. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Research industry trends and competitor activities to support event strategy and business development. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance reports. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and production teams to deliver successful events. Provide feedback and insights to enhance event offerings and market positioning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B event sales , exhibitions, or sponsorship sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
