Position Overview

Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation:
Sell exhibition stands, sponsorships, and branding opportunities across Vertex Next’s portfolio of international events.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and sponsors.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Business Development:
Identify and approach new prospects across the energy, technology, and infrastructure sectors.
Develop tailored proposals and sales pitches to address client marketing and business objectives.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Research industry trends and competitor activities to support event strategy and business development.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance reports.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and production teams to deliver successful events.
Provide feedback and insights to enhance event offerings and market positioning.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

B2B event sales, exhibitions, or sponsorship sales

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

fast-paced, target-driven environment

CRM and sales management tools
